1. RETURNS. We allow returns for refunds only. We do not allow exchanges. For items purchased online, returns are accepted within 30 days of the delivery date. To initiate a return, please use this form to obtain a return authorization. Be sure to include the item’s order number and your reason for the return. Returns that are shipped without authorization may not be accepted. Please allow up to 10 business days for our refund to be processed once we receive your return.

2. RETURN SHIPPING. Return authorization for items shipped in error, or items being returned because they are defective or damaged, will include a pre-paid shipping label. Return shipping on items that are being returned for other reasons will be paid for by the customer.

3. ELIGIBLE ITEMS. Clearance items, when available, are not eligible for return. We reserve the right to refuse any return, at management’s discretion, if the item being returned does not meet the criteria set forth in this policy.

4. CONDITION OF ITEMS. Except for items that were damaged when purchased, items may “open box” but must be unused, undamaged, and complete with all the original packaging.

5. FORM OF PAYMENT. Refunds, if issued, will be issued in the original form of payment minus shipping and handling fees unless otherwise stated.

All jewelry is certified to be handcrafted by a Native American artisan. All stones have been hand-set in Sterling Silver. Settings of Turquoise and Stabilized Turquoise are guaranteed to be genuine.

Since this piece of jewelry is handcrafted, and the stones are hand-set, the bezel should be checked for wear, and care should be taken to avoid any impact to the stone to prevent it from scratching or cracking. Cuff bracelets should never be bent as this loosens settings and causes stones to fall out.

Each piece pictured is the actual piece that will be shipped. Since stones can vary in color and shape, we don’t wish to misrepresent anything.

Why do repairs take several weeks?

The timeline for repairs varies, depending upon the artist. We send all repairs back to the original creator of the piece and don’t complete any of the repairs ourselves. We want to insure that all pieces are repaired using the same materials that were originally used.
